About the Role We're looking for a 3D Optimization Specialist who can take raw architectural models (Revit, SketchUp, CAD) and turn them into high-performance assets for AR and Web. This is not a modeling role. This is about cleaning, optimizing, and preparing real-world models to run smoothly on mobile devices. What You'll Do • Optimize heavy 3D models for AR (USDZ / GLB) • Reduce polygon count while maintaining visual quality • Clean meshes (normals, hierarchy, pivot points) • Optimize and compress textures (atlasing, resolution tuning) • Prepare assets for AR Quick Look (iOS) and WebAR / WebGL • Ensure models meet strict performance targets (≤15MB, mobile-ready) Nice to Have • Experience with ARKit / WebAR pipelines • Familiarity with Draco compression • Experience working with messy CAD/Revit files What We Care About • You can take a broken, heavy model and make it usable • You understand performance vs quality tradeoffs • You don't rely on "auto tools" — you know what you're doing How to Apply Send: • Portfolio (before/after optimization examples REQUIRED) • Example file sizes before vs after optimization • Tools and workflow you use Compensation Per project (based on model complexity).
